Air cooling includes natural convection cooling and forced convection cooling (using fans). Water leakage free in this cooling method, but larger heat exchange surface is required.
\nWater cooling is using circulation water to cool the heat source. It is mostly applied to larger heat power with a more complex thermal design.<\/p>\n
